We offer a free home survey, in which we will measure the height of your loft space determine whether it is suitable for a conversion. Whilst a clearance of 2.4 metres is ideal, other options are available depending on your requirements.
Depending on your individual requirements and specifications, we allow approximately 6-8 weeks for loft conversions.
Costs for loft conversions can fluctuate depending on individual requirements. We offer a free, no obligation quote after we have conducted the free home survey to determine what opportunities are available.
Planning permission is not always required. However, if your house is in a conservation area or a listed building that requires major changes to the roof structure, it is likely you may need planning permission. We can advise during our free home survey or you can get advice from your local planning authority. Building regulations approval will be required.
