A single storey rear extension built in red brick with a tiled lean-to roof, grey bi-fold doors and a matching grey window. Grey paving laid across the back with a drainage channel along the doors.
Two-storey rear extension with rendered finish
A rear extension built over two storeys, finished in cream render with a tiled roof, white uPVC windows and glazed doors out onto the patio.
Garden fencing, artificial lawn and covered hot tub shelter
Close-board fence panels between concrete posts, a run of paving slabs and a new area of artificial grass, with a rendered hot tub surround under a timber-roofed shelter.

We were lucky enough to have a wonderful Loft Conversion from Chris in our previous property and when we looked to move we knew who we wanted to transform our new home. Chris has once again gone above and beyond to understand and support our requirements, we now have a wonderful open plan kitchen / diner from knocking three spaces into one with a glorious bi-fold. Chris has a network of thoughtful fellow trades to cover every angle. All through this work in order to help us support our toddler he somehow managed to leave us with an oven and sink. We look forward to Chris helping us again in the future as we shape our home.

As delighted owners of an extended property masterfully built by Chris we couldn’t be happier in our ‘new’ home. Having decided to extend our loft to accommodate a new bedroom with en-suite we engaged four building firms that were highly recommended for loft conversations. We quickly realised that Chris were the right fit for us following incredibly honest consultations and offering extremely knowledgable guidance. The quotations were in the same region of cost so the decision didn’t need to be financially based. It was purely where we felt the right service and support would be given. This was proven throughout the build where a friendly and nothing is too much approach from the team was given every day. The loft conversion from start to finish went smoothly and we were pleasantly surprised that we were not impacted by the works at all. We are very pleased with our loft conversion by Chris Whitehead and his team. He is very organised and equipment and supplies will turn up when it is needed on site. Our 2-bedroom loft conversion was finished in less than 10 weeks which was much faster than we originally expected. When little issues come up, Chris was always there to discuss and resolve them. There were no issues with the building inspector and we received our final certificate soon after the work was completed. Chris was very flexible and worked with our A/C contractor to coordinate the installation of the A/C system. All the rubbish was removed and our new loft and garden were left tidy. I would definitely recommend Chris.
