Two-storey rear extension with rendered finish

Here we've built a rear extension over two storeys, tying into the existing roofline. The walls are finished in a smooth cream render with white uPVC windows and matching glazed doors opening onto the patio. The tiled roof runs across the single-storey section below, with black fascias, soffits and guttering to match the upper floor. Wall lights sit either side of the ground-floor windows, and the paved patio runs up to the doors.
