A single-storey extension built onto the rear of the house, finished in red brick to match the existing walls. The roof is pitched and laid with dark tiles, with white fascias, soffits and gutters, and a downpipe run down the corner to ground level. A wide set of grey bi-fold doors sits in the main elevation, with a white glazed door on the return wall giving a second way in. The brickwork sits on a rendered plinth, and the ground around the extension is still being made good, with boards down over the working area. The dormer and main roof above are also visible, tying the new work in with the rest of the property.
