Single-storey rear extension with bi-fold doors and new patio

A single-storey extension built across the rear of the house in facing brick, with a pitched tiled roof and three rooflights set into the slope. Grey aluminium bi-fold doors open onto the garden, with a matching grey window to the side wall and air bricks set into the brickwork below. The fascia and soffit are finished in white with black guttering and downpipes. Outside, large grey paving slabs have been laid to form a patio running the width of the extension, butting up to the lawn.
